Fleetly operates 24/7, 365 days a year. However, our live concierge is available from 7am-10pm.

The drop-off location is located conveniently at the second level westside of the airport parking garage next to the breezeway. Once you’ve entered the parking garage, follow the “valet” signs and you will be guided to the drop-off. Search “Fleetly” in Google Maps or Apple Maps and it will guide you right to the drop-off.
We don’t publicly advertise where your vehicle is stored for security reasons. It is kept in a very secure, heated indoor location.
Fleetly has assembled an expert team and trusted vendors to handle all the work performed. Rest assured that your vehicle will be meticulously cared for.
If you are on subscription with us, you will receive a bill at the end of each month, otherwise you will be billed at completion of service.
